Yep. I was a 2 racing Masters 35+ and the peloton definitely had two levels and the first level was brutal in some events.

Got a call from the post office this morning. The book I was re-imbursed for by Amazon, six weeks ago, arrived. It cleared customs in DHL's possession on November 18, and then disappeared. Dhl claims to never have had it, despite their tracking number on it. The postmaster wants me to send them a pic of the label and ask them to compensate the PO for doing their job for them. He made me promise. The postmaster told me it had been at Mexico City airport all that time. He also gave me a Christmas card from my nephew. Last year's arrived in April. Progress.

Only one month 'til spring training! Mariners v Pads Feb 24th. Looks like they're keeping the super high ticket prices again this year - $30 for lawn seats
I'll just have to hope for some desperate one hour before the game ticket blowouts, otherwise I'll just wait to see D-backs regular season Tuesday games for $10.

Ordering brake pads today. No problem getting rim brake pads but it seems Shimano has discontinued the disc pads I use, wtf? They're bottom of the barrel OEM brakes but they work fine in most situations. I found some on flea-bay and there are aftermarket pads available but I was surprised that the Big S has abandoned me.
I could open a can of worms in the latest disc vs rim brake thread.

what pads / calipers ?
maybe they were ‘upgraded’ / replaced by a different part # ?
example B01S upgraded to B03S ...
J02A replaced by J03A ... J03A then replaced by J05A
???

Thirsty Thursdays at the Jacksonville (Fl) Suns (now the Jumbo Shrimp) were great days. Dollar hot dogs and burgers, $2 drafts. Those were the days. To this day I prefer minor league baseball to the bigs. I’ll take a Lowell Spinners game over the Red Sox any day of the week.

I just was notified by my Neurosurgeon's office that my insurance company will not approve fusion surgery. They are appealing it with a 3rd party mediator. I will find out within 3 days.
They say my condition doesn't call for fusion. Not sure what they are willing to approve or feel is an appropriate measure to alleviate my problem. I'm stunned. Perhaps disc replacement is what the insurance company feels is appropriate.

I didn't specifically look for B03S but a quick check just now didn't show any. I forgot the number I used last time but it was a replacement for the B01S. No big deal, I have 2 pair coming and there are aftermarket pads available.

AG on the last Cowboys play: "Why does that look weird?"
I explain it.
"That's stupid. Wait didn't this happen last year?"

I’ll never understand the need or the want to sit in front of a tv for 4 hours watching dudes chase a ball around. Rooting for a team which is made up of players that are not even from the city, let alone the state, but somehow their performance is a reflection of that state/ city.
