Addiction 2023.1

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Did that bring you happiness or did it bring you sorrow?

Carry on.

Andrew Santino has a great bit about prostate exams. Definitely not family friendly forum material so I won’t link it.

During my OBGYN rotation, we saw a film in which a member of the OBGYN faculty somewhere walked a group of students through a pelvic exam…on herself.

In a way it's like a train wreck, hard to take my eyes off of it. In another sense I want to tell some of them they are being idiots with all the stupid bickering which isn't always related to the OP or the topic of the thread.

It was bad for a while and then people got nicer for a couple weeks. Now it's going the other way again.

Never tried the 50 plus forum? Some of them are cool but you do get some jerks showing up. It's not very active, though.

This certainly explains all the penetration talk. Those dishes aren’t going to clean themselves.

Yeah, but I have to ponder what special comment I should make for my 40K posting. Isn't that more important than the sink full of dishes?? I am thinking my wife will understand....
