I almost bought a CJ5 once. Fun to drive but sucked on the highway. I decided if I ever got a Jeep it would have a 5 speed and a/c. Then I got a Grand Wagoneer, whoops.
I had a couple convertibles and I never lowered the top on a hot day. Best time is a warm night.
I think those Capris had a turbo Mazda engine in them. A friend had a Mazda 323 bodied thing with that engine and AWD. Cool car.

I do skeet, clays and 5-stand as well. Currently have a Baretta A400 Excel. Wanting a o/u, and the wife gave me the go ahead to trade her dads Browning semi-auto. Likely end up with Citori or Silver Pidgeon.

My first o/u was a Citori Lightning. Still have it and love it. Also have a tubed 682 Gold E skeet that I bought from a guy at my club. Have a couple others I’ve picked up along the way. Truth be told, the Citori is my favorite shotgun, full stop.

I hate to post this but as everyone on BF knows or should know, gun talk is strictly verboten and has been for years. We don't allow it in other forums and threads and Addiction is no exception. I hate to be the heavy here for personal reasons.

I attend the local Saturday morning Cars and Coffee gatherings during the spring to fall months - the number of high end cars is staggering - many worth more than our house
many times there will be multiple McClaren’s ... Lambos ... Ferrari ... Porches (including GTS3 ... Carrera GT ... etc)

The 914-6s are something. A nice one gets well over $100k.
The 914 4-banger was very underrated in its day. Certainly underpowered by todays standards, but everything in the 70s seemed to be. They sure handled well, turned on rails, were very “tossable,” and were fun to drive.
