Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Did the gravity brake flush on one bike and it worked fine. The rear was a bit slow to drain because the nipple on the caliper faces up and I didn't have enough tubing to create a deeper siphon. The fluid looked fine after five years and the lever feel might be ever so slightly firmer now.

Only the one I garfed up. The other one was removed intact with vice grips.

Put the ritchey stem on the new/old madone today. The stem that was on it was way too short. Need to come up with a name for it. Keeping it in theme I was thinking applebees.

Please tell me you do not keep a spreadsheet for your gas purchases/consumption.

there's your problem ! you ride too much

my schedule doesn't usually allow more than 4 rides a week, but i have been able to shift enough things around to slide the rides into the dry days/periods. weather forecasts have gotten amazingly good.
