No idea on the BB shell. I believe it’s press fit, I don’t think the ALR got the T-47 this year.
Im thinking if it’s not the BB it’s the cassette. Maybe pull it off and put some grease around the freehub body. Chain is lubed always, it doesn’t sound like pedal creak, headset has been checked.

Don't have such trust anymore! I have less faith in leaving a key outside. We usually have a key with a neighbor, but the last one moved.
I have a key ring that has a house key as well as keys to the offices, but I don’t like to carry it. Typically just carry the car fob unless going to work. That may change.

I suspect that's CDs falling out of favor in the age of streaming, combined with millennials with nostalgia for something they never experienced -- like the record changer playing the same side of the record for a couple hours while making out with someone when things are progressing and you don't want to stop to change the album and give them a chance to reconsider.
Or maybe that was just me.

Emonda started creaking again this morning. Started while mashing up a hill, the creak continues for a couple mins after each hard effort, and then eventually goes away. Happens in and out of saddle, only when pedaling.
Bottom Bracket was just replaced, only has about 150 miles on it.
Thoughts???

When you pedal, you usually provide some counter-balance or whatever it's called by pulling on the opposite bar. Especially when standing, at lower cadence, where you're normally less smooth.
Or heck, could also be the TAs. That got someone here recently.

Oh, yeah, forgot to add to make sure your headset is adjusted perfectly. My Émonda was in the shop earlier this week for something miner and the mechanic asked if I was getting a click at high cadence when surging/sprinting. Uh…yes. He said my headset was looser than it should be.

A friend who is an audiophile has a collection of the newer "180 gram" vinyl record albums. He played some of them for me on his mega-buck system and they sound great but I don't know if I could hear the difference between them and a CD or digital media. People say the vinyl has a more natural sound.
It can be hard to tell the differences frequently unless you do a lot of listening.

I have a small key ring that I carry all the time. House key and a couple other keys that I don't want to misplace(not the only copy in case I lose the ring). It's small enough that it adds no weight to a jersey pocket. I carry the car's fob separately, in part because I've accidentally started the car remotely while sitting on the couch (!) so I generally drop it in a basket near my desk when I get home.

I fixed all the speakers in my (stock) car system but blew a couple of them out pretty quickly.
I do remember how bad the sound is on store bought cassette tapes. I have some which were made for me on a good tape machine and there is no comparison.

Flushed the other bike. 3 of my 4 baby bike bolts had been installed by the respective builders without their baby O-rings. All required vice grips to remove.
