Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I gotta believe that he even surprised himself with how well the team did this season. But, the conference was not that strong. Certainly not SEC caliber.

The post-season was probably a good indicator of its vulnerability:

Lose to K State

Almost lost a huge lead over Michigan

Now this blowout

MI easily wins @ OSU, then loses to TCU. OSU almost beats UGA. UGA crushes TCU.

It doesn't always make sense.

This is just bad at this point. Even ****s said it was as bad a start as possible for them.

I went to UF and remember the thrashing by Nebraska in 1995. Came back to win it all the next year though. TCU was definitely the feel good story of the season though and I was excited they pulled it back after the Duggan run to make it 10-7. I was hoping it was the start of a game as electric as the 2 semifinal games were (and Tulane/USC).

Also, how many Gators does it take to tackle Tommy Frazier? We still don’t know…

I think "closed" in that snippet means closed to rail traffic.

(I still can't figure this article out.)
