Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Does is there a product available that allows you to change the tilt of your bicycle seat while riding it? I am looking for something like a dropper post but that only changes the angle of the seat for when you are using an aero bar.

Yes, there is: SwitchGrade Saddle Angle Control Technology – Aenomaly Constructs

But it may not address what you want to accomplish here: Convert a plain seat post to Micro adjust (seat post not replaceable on exercise bike - Bike Forums

Wow, that's a pretty nifty thing. They just need to come up with a nice way to make the up and down positions adjustable.

Don't think that is going to happen. There is a latch with three latch positions at the rear of the mechanism, and there is a limit on how small they can be to fine tune the angle.
