Addiction 2023.3

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Prime Day is usually crap, but got some AirPod Pros for in-pocket peace and quiet. Might help on future trips.

Slow night. Everyone must be analyzing the document located in the farm archives today.

Canada Revenue Agency has some explaining to do.

Table.

For a number of years, after his unfortunate exit from real estate development, he had a business where he bought unfinished furniture, mostly from Mennonites, stained it, and sold it.

Maybe he got it from seedsbelize2. He is a noted Mennonite by his own admission. He is also a noted entrepreneur. A man of many talents I dare say.

Considering trying to take a client call Friday while on Zwift. I'd be one of three (or four) from my company, and merely playing a scientific support role in case the customer has any technical questions. I have some trainer time on tap tomorrow morning and I might ask someone on my team at work to call me to pilot it out.

I only WFH for like 10-15% of my hours, but still, for the fraction of that time spent in meetings, it would be pretty sweet to do it while riding!
