Not much other than alot. I intend to be more regular now.
Appendix burst back in late April while visiting my sister and nephew, went deep into the danger zone with my O2(81%) and body temp(104) with that. Spent a few days in the hospital with that one.

Last year I developed an irregular heart beat, which is what kept me off a bike for a year. I still have it, but I'm cleared now.
