Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Nope. I guess I could try to record a KCB POV video sometime, but those are well under three hours.

What a difference a win makes. And an evening game. Although we are more accustomed to 1840 start times here in AZ. I guess we don't want the Phillies staying up past their bedtimes

Contador, my 2011 S-works Tarmac, with those TPU tubes might be under 15 lbs with those tubes in it. [Sans cages and seat bag]
I lucked out on Ebay and scored a carbon railed Roman saddle, new in the package for $55.00 shipped. I put that on my '16 Tarmac. Because the old saddle recently broke. I'm hoping it'll last for a while. I've had a rash of broken saddles lately, might be a message?.... dunno.

have a WWII BSA paratrooper bike - got it at a flea market years ago

judging by condition it was probably from surplus - did not see action

bike might have been used as a commuter - unfortunately some of the original parts including stock crank with folding pedals were swapped out

It really hasn't been a horrible summer here, but just when it seems to be done it goes back up to 100, or close to it. This time it has been cooling off at night, which is nice.
