Notices
Road Cycling ďIt is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.Ē -- Ernest Hemingway

I had to buy a tire for my wheel that I'm upgrading from 9 speed to 11 speed. I suffered from sticker shock and settled on this.

My bike doesnít have a seat post. It has a carbon mast cap.

I already have a 3D saddle with carbon rails.

Bike Closet could be your friend. I got Corsa G2s for that price.

Do they pull over cars?

Here they have a few for the greenway because people have been attacked on it. Probably a little cycling action downtown (I'm not there enough to observe). Not sure where else they'd be used.

Damn, you really need to move on a CL bike when you see it up here. Thursday I was checking out a Jamis Quest at a nice price, and I was thinking hey, I've never ridden 631 before. But I figured I'd check it out when I got back from PHX. So I get back on the CL just now and it's gone. 9-sp steel bikes tend to sit on Phoenix CL for a while but up here I guess since there's only two pages of bikes, someone's bound to swoop on 'em.

Wasn't there a real bad TV show in the '90s about a couple people who patrolled a beach on bikes?

LOL This is the kind of show that is so bad it becomes entertaining.

Imagine writing the scripts for it. You'd have to shut down part of your brain to make it through the day.

They're having a sale. You can get $190 off, if you buy one of their $250 bottom brackets.
