Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Shimano road cleats.

Setting up the Fondriest 12 speed on the Hub One trainer but didn’t want to buy another set of pedals, since I already have 3 pairs of Shimano pedals mounted on other bikes and am too lazy to swap them. Decided to experiment and found some old Look Deltas work fine. Don’t tell Shimano. Maybe the world’s worst held secret.

PS with the Hub One, my 12 speed is now a 24 speed.

Yes it is confusing being marketed by Wahoo and Zwift or maybe they are one and the same.
