Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Word on the street was they were frames Battaglin was keeping on hand for warranty replacements, then they decided no more warranties on those so randombikeparts.com sold 'em for really cheap. One of these days I'll get a lighter crankset, seatpost, stem on there so the bike might be kinda light. Probably gonna keep the kinda porky XT/Stans wheels and the reasonably light Markhor fork on there though.

If your care team isn't even giving you the correct forms I'm sure you have nothing to worry about once the sparks start flying.

Mine looked like that red one with the county 5 plate, but the paint was much nicer. But I didn't have those hot rims!!! Are those Prelude wheels?

The Prizm was cool. But what about the tracker?

Liz and I tried to enjoy some dark chocolate after dinner with the remainder of our wine (Quipe Central Coast CA Syrah), but a screaming child got in the way. I have a couple moments of respite now that she is feeding.

Reminds me of a tweet I saw recently: "We don't let our kids get in the way of the life we want to live. We still do the same things, it just sucks way more now"

I'd like 'em better if they were Toyotas instead of Suzukis, but still fun as hell to drive.

Those were pretty cheesy. The later ones were much more solid and could be had with a V6.

It's such a pain in the butt to actually shift with friction downtube levers though.

Um … that’s because you blend in, you look and sound just like them. Nice if you can get it.
