Frank got Stung
 

That is Frank of Frank and Beans Fame :D . yes I got stung there on my ride tonight was about 10 miles into my 35+ mile ride tonight (A quick 17 into work for 30min of work then back home). I ended up stoping at the urgent care on my way in 45min delay in my ride. They gave me a prednisone (sp) shot which feels like a bad cramp in my A$$. I did finsh my ride after the sting and shot. Here is hoping no one else will feel my pain.

I think the nurses and doctors will be laughing at the clinic tonight.

That's really "jacked"... well, maybe not jacked for a while (okay, that play ;) on words was in poor taste -- even for "frank and beans humor"). Feel better brother... and little brother!!!
