OK, so a friend of mine who I haven't seen in a while(he was away at college and was working all summer) and I got together a few days ago and were talking bikes. Turns out he recently bought a Felt F55 back in April or May, and in a 54cm frame size too. I told him I was looking for a bike thats about that size and asked if I could test ride his some time. I went out yesterday and took it for a little spin and fell in love. Great bike, stiff, light, fast and pretty comfortable too. The totally stock fit of the 54cm seemed to work fine for me(no soreness or discomfort at all after a 20mile ride on mixed terrain).

So basically, where can I find one of these bikes on sale? I know the shop is Washington state has them for around $1650, but someone also said something about finding a better deal on them. Calling local shops netted me a lowest price of $1850, which is out of my price range. If you know of a shop that has them for a good price, help me out and let me know.
