Good substitue for chamy creme?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Good substitue for chamy creme?

Have some friends who swear that Suave hair conditioner (any type will do) works as good as chamy buttr. I am one of those that like to use a good chamy creme but so far have been reluctant to use hair conditioner out of fear it may do some harm to the chamy or cause sudsing in the washing machine. I am about out of but buttr and would like to not have to shell out $15 for another tube if not necessary. Any ever used hair conditioner before?

wasn't it pantene..? kelly le brock or whatever her name is.

don't usually like or need to put stuff on my butt, BUT hair conditioner works really well for the leg shaving. leaves skin nice and smooth, plus you don't have to put lotion on afterwards.

it's ok, don't feel too bad. i'm just fortunate in that i have alot of extra memory space in my head that should have been used on stuff like...oh...learning.

Desitin...not just for diaper rash! "protects chafed skin and seals out wetness" Works for me!! And you can pick up a tube for less then $5.00.

Vaseline or those baby diaper rash creams. There is actually one better than desitin but the name scapes me right now. I steal it all the time from our newborn supply.....

I just got a free sample of Boudreaux's Butt Paste in the mail. I couldn't resist the idea of Cajun butt ointment. I haven't needed any of this stuff yet--or at least since I got the right saddle in the right position--but I'll carry one of the samples with me just in case. God, this is a funny thread. Sorry this post was so unfunny.
