Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Pearl Izumi Attack Shorts

So, I picked up a pair of PI Attack Shorts. They fit great, and the chamois can't be beat.

The problem? They're practically see through. They remind me of women's nylons. My girlfriend can literally see my stuff through them, unless it's all down below the chamois.

Does everyone have this problem with these shorts? If so, do you do anything about it?

I have their bib shorts. I don't have the see through problem but the hem around the chamios literally cuts me if I ride too much in them. If any thing is going to tear you a new a-hole you don't want it to be your shorts. I switched to Castelli's and have been really happy so far.

That's the same chamois as the ultrasensor, isn't it, Warren? I saw the Attacks at Performance but bought the ultras instead. Man, going peekaboo would not be a good thing....
