Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

orbea.com has just updated their site with the new orbea bikes that are coming out... very very pretty.

Thers the full carbon ordu TT frame 1.25 kg.

The full carbon opal, which is meant to be a tiffer ride than the orca or onix at 1kg

and there is also the full aluminium Arin, which is meant to weight .900 kg

Very exciting.

Wow....that first one would look good with a different paint job and no huge ORBEA logo.

The second one is better, but it's hard to top a classic:

Digging the Orcal/Opel and bet it would look really nice built up with Record and Lightweight wheels

Wow, Cinelli's logo is always so big that it has to be put on two tubes, but this beats everything.

Yeah, I saw a Scott CR1 in a shop and was taken aback by the number of logos. But everyone's doing it anymore, it seems, in one way or another.

Right you are. The last Wilier I saw was a rolling billboard - and it was quite sickening I might add - like most of the mid to higher end rigs are now.

Imagine going around with a T-shirt and pants, hat, shoes, covered from head to toe with your name:

"Arthur, Arthur, arthur, Arthur, ARTHUR, Arthur, arthur, ARTHUR, Arthur...."
