Dura Ace 7700 break & tire clearance
What's the largest tire I can put on my wheel and still have clearance for the Dura Ace break? 700x28C? Bigger even? 700x28C knobby-cross tires? Any recommendation would be appreciated. I'm in an area where I can't get to a lbs and have to order everything online, hence the petty questions. Thanks.

I can barely get a 700x23 around my Dura Ace brakes with the release lever up.
Edit-Of course I can but it does rub the tire. I think a 700x28 would be too wide. Forget about the knobbies. You would have to turn the adjuster knob quite a bit to get those wheels off I suspect.
