Pulled hamstring riding?

Is this even possible to do? In the past two days I did a lot of hard riding and now my hamstring hurts...just my ride one. Is it possible i pulled it riding?

Is it your hamstring, or the tendons on the backside of your thigh, which is common if your seat is too high, you are running too high of a gear, or your seat is too far aft...at least in my experience.

Yep, anything is possible particularly in the fall as temps cool down. We all need to take a bit more time warming up and be more careful with clothing, etc... but maybe it's still hot in Texas?

No its like mid 60s at highish right now.

It may very well jsut be a misadjustment of my saddle.

Well if you're position is as screwed up as it sounded previously its possible. That said the reason I started biking was because it was one of the few aerobic activities I could manage with 2 torn/strained hamstrings.
