Brilliant...Fart Knocker...tempo is actually perfect for spinning, 60 bpm is easy to double up to 120 rpm. Hilarious.
|
A little hard for my tastes. Do you have any Grateful Dead**********?

Tell me what you think http://www.NickReynolds.net |
I listen to Counting Crows before I take off. Weird, I know, but I think it may help with my pacing or something. If I have a hard song on repeat, my brain automatically pushes it out of the consciousness for self-preservation when my body feels the reprocutions.
Generic Linkin Park (don't judge me) 30 minutes before while I'm stretching etc. and then hit it hard with "Long December" right before I walk out the door. It's a nice contrast to the energy drink coursing through my veins. Eh, whatever works. |
rage against the machine, always gets me going when riding..

Comparing that music to Al is insulting. At least Al was funny, sounded good, had great tunes and had a nice hidden ironic message that one could either relate to or laugh with/at.

DHT - Listen to your heart
There's a lot of electronic dance music that is good cycling music. slvoid's list is pretty good also except for maybe the last line |
I listen to Zapp before I race. All the songs are about the same things (dancing, dance floors, watching people dance) and at the same tempo, which helps with cadence. After seeing slvoid's Judas Priest selection, I might have to change all that.
