Please go to Trek website:
The picture on the bicycles are printed as "OCLV carbon" on the seat strays. However, the spec on the website stated as TCT carbon. I have a 2006 Trek 2100 bicycle and the carbon seat strays printed as "OCLV carbon". The Trek 2006 catalogue also stated that all carbon seat strays are OCLV.

Does it really matter?
If I had to guess they are transitioning the product fully to taiwan and thus it will be made by whatever factory is doing their AL frames. The early runs may be OCLV and later in the year they probably switch after they clear stock of the OCLV rear ends they would have had build up in inventory.
Just a guess.
