Rain tubulars?

Any recomendations for tubulars that work well in the rain? This will be my first winter on a road bike and since I run tubulars I have not seen very many choices. I currently run Conti. Sprinters, how are these in the rain? Or should I purchase a clincher wheel set for the winter riding?
Granted, where I live we will see very little if any wet weather but I can always hope.

I like the Conti Sprinters, Of course we don't get
tons of rain here but they've been ok so far.
I'm not sure if the VeloFlex and Vittoria tubies
are treadless, if so I believe they might give better
traction in the rain.
I don't think I'd build up clincher wheels just for those
few times it rains.
