Leg Spaism
When i dismount my bike at a rest stop if i have been in the saddel my leg spaism and it hurts really really badly for about 20 seconds then it goes away but, it happens alot .. What should i do???

Drink much more water.
You should be during the day be drinking about 3/4 gallon of water, and if your working out, and a gallon. Its not easy. Realyl you have to commit to it. But try it, that should help. |
I also suggest you eveluate your hydration. You should also look at your intake of salts, particualrly potassium. lastly, I suggest you search in Training and Nutrition for threads on cramps.
