Question for the Underwear god!!!

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Padding = no underwear underneath

No padding = bike shorts underneath

No why are the nashbar tights loose fitting and the performance bike tight fitting? They are both classified as "tights"

I'm looking to order some Illuminite Performance tights from Performance from 40 bucks, 32 after a 20% coupon. They're black with a grey area that hardly noticable but glows in the dark.

But I NEED a coupon!
