Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Vdo C1,2,3,4 Ds

Hi

I'm thinking strongly about buying one of those computers. I have read that all other wireless computers can be inaccurate at times, but that the VDO C-series DS should always be accurate and it comes with wireless cadance as an option plus the price also seems pretty good to me.

Is it true what I have heard about the accuracy?

The accuracy on VDO units is very good. VDO makes gauges for Porche and Mercedes, so the basic engineering is solid. The C4DS is digital which provides very accurate feedback. It's available with a wireless cadence upgrade.
