Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Best Energy Bar

Hey guys,

I was just wondering what the best energy bars are for before, during, and after the ride. I am looking for the ones with the best flavor, and the ones that give you the most energy.

Thanks,
Jake

Oh and I like the dipped Powerbar Harvest bars. The Toffee Chocolate Chip is very good as is Double Chocolate Crisp. Clifbars are ok too, haven't tried enough of them to have a fav.
