Candy SL's to Egg beaters?
 

Anybody made the change and if so did you have problems with hot spots? My wife just stepped up to clipless and is using my SL's for the time being and since I need to order another set I'm considering going to the eggbeaters to replace them.

i have both and have no hotspots with either. i actually prefer the eggbeaters, they're just a little easier to get in.
now i did have hotspots with both when i used a full carbon sole shoe, but they gave me probs with any pedal i used. switched to sidi dom's and have been happy ever since.
