Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

my favorite is when they give the specifics for one used bike, but then for the size they say "all sizes available"

feedback score: private - highly suspicious.

fyi, the specification table listed below the bike is a cut and paste of the html from specialized's product archive.

Man, this is weird!!! I just looked at the listing and this person is even offering free shipping, even next day UPS! That alone could cost as much as $50-70 just for ground. Seems fishy too that everything in the auction is private, even the person's feedback score. So what's the deal?

If that's not a scam I'll eat a folding tire.

If this is a scam, and it probably is, what's the point of them doing that? Would anyone actually try to bid on this and send money?

Also, it's a one day auction. It's obvious that turd gobbler is looking for some fast $$.

Any auction less than 5 days is a dead giveaway for a scam.
