Shimano Sizing Info

does anybody know how shimano sizes their shoes? is it good to get 1 size to big if your feet are still growing so you dont grow out of them? do they run wide narrow? long short? i have a narrow and small foot. i was looking at the shimano R215 shoe. Anybody have any experience with them?

Here's a link to a multi-brand sizing chart:

Regarding buying a larger size, I bought some Pearl Izumis on the internet. They are a little large for me. But because you close them with 3 adjustable velcro straps, they fit tight and snug everywhere but the toe box. No problems. Better too big than too small.
