My Fiance Loves me THIS MUCH - my new ride

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Awesome bike, shouldn't have to put anything on it you don't want to. You paid for it, it is yours, regardless of the deal you got.

Wow! Nice ride. You must deserve it. Usually, in this country, men are supposed to be happy with a packet of sugar after all we do for the women we love. Don't get caught up in that BS. Make sure she keeps expressing the gratitude!

BTW, buying the bike was a business transaction. That's, it. Regardless of the deal, you are under no obligation to keep stickers on the frame.

Congratulations!

My wife knew of my bike addittion before we were marreid but she went through with it anyway! (Ha! sucker!) She's not an avid cyclist but she does ride with me once in a while. I figure that this is a good thing IMO because she won't be pilfering/competing with me for bling components. A girl like that doesn't come around too often.

Best wishes to a happy life together.

BTW: I'm off on business in Michigan and my wife is going to my LBS to pick up a pair of Sidi road shoes for me tommorow! How much better can this get?

T.J.

My fiancee wears a ring which costs well over twice as much as my bike, and all I get is a lousy kiss! I think I'm getting hosed...

It's been years since I took French, but if Dauphin is the crown prince, I would imagine Dauphine is the crown princess.
