Anyone heard of NOVA frames?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Anyone heard of NOVA frames?

I bought one on ebay---from a respected seller, of course---and like it well enough, but I have no clue where it was made or anything.
It is made with a Columbus Altec 2 tubeset, (all AL) which is why I bought it. Anyone ever heard of or seen these frames? Or of NOVA? I ought to post pictures, but I don't know how right now, maybe I will later if anybody wants. It has monster chainstays, and feels very solid and stiff. Aero tubes, about 3.5lbs, decent looking Cannondale style welds (not as smooth, though) and nice paint.
The cheapest Altec 2 frame I could find elsewhere was about $600. I got this for $150. I thought that was a good deal, even without a name to back it up.
