Check it out, training camp I was at article on Pez

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I was at a training camp this past weekend and I had a blast. I knew one of the coaches was from Pez but I wasn't sure if it would get any press or not. Anyway, here is a link to it. They even got a picture of me on the computrainer right before I started my time trial.

That's pretty cool man, and a nice write up about it as well. I've always wanted to drive down that way, and ride The Greenbriar River Trail. Looks like some nice country road riding could be the ticket there as well.

It was a blast. Bike riding during the day and a couple of beers at night and great company. I'm looking forward to the next one.

TrekDen - The greenbrier trail is pretty nice, just wait until Summer time to do it. Take a fishing pole with you and just enjoy the day. I've ridden it 8 or 9 times as part of the American Lung Association ride. I haven't done it since 94 or 95 though.
