How to Shift Dura-Ace
I have the dura-ace shifters and im not to sure which shift lever is to shift to a higher gear and how to shift to a lower. It confusing i just fiddled with it and still couldnt figure it out. Theres a lever on the left side with a smaller one below it and same on the right side. Could you tell me which does which. Thanks

Best way to learn is to get on and ride...that said...
The right shifter controls the rear. The "smaller" lever as you call it shifts to a smaller gear. The larger lever (brake lever) shifts to a larger gear. It the same way on the left side but you will be controlling the front.
You probably already know this but smaller on the back means that you pedal harder, smaller on the front means you pedal easier.
Have fun.

OK, here's all you need to know:
Left shifter: shifts front gears (crank)
Right shifter: shifts rear gears (cassette)
On either shifter:
Large lever: shifts to a larger cog
Small lever: shifts to a smaller cog
How much more detail do you want? Just play around with it and you'll figure it out for yourself in a few minutes.

Gee... a normal person would hop on the bike and experiment. It's not the space shuttle - the control options on a bike are limited.
Now a troll... that's hard to predict what one of those would do

AchiLLe..s -
Also, if you squeeze the lever on the left, it stops your front wheel. If you squeeze the lever on the right, it stops your rear wheel. Thought you might need to know this.

I think the general sentiment is that for a person who has a very nice component group at his command, you don't seem to know anything about it. And as such, they're kind of wondering what a self described noob is doing with such a bike. One would think that you would have some type of experience with road bikes in general before moving to such a high grade group of components. And having that, you would know that Tiagra, 105, Ultegra, and Dura-Ace all shift the same way, as do their Campagnolo counterparts in their respective manners.
So, you're either trolling to piss people off, or you or your parents think you're the second coming of Eddy.

My advice - just start riding. Get out in a safe environment and experiment. Might want to pull the clipless off and put on regular platforms until you get used to the bike.
Enjoy it, that K2 is a great bike.

I think people are just curious why someone would buy a bike with the same componentry that the pros ride, yet doesn't know how to ride it. That's probably why you're getting attitude.

Dad, why don't you make up your own user name and come hang with us, instead of pretending to be your son? I had noticed the discrepancy before, but couldn't figure out why you'd want to hide.
