Comfort Road Frames?
What stock frames offer short top tubes (51-53cm) and long head tubes (13.5-15cm)?
Specialized Roubaix, Gunnar Sport, and Serotta Fierte fit the bill. What others are out there? Thanks! :) |
...Giant OCR Composite fits the bill as well...

Trek Pilot, Litespeed Blue Ridge, anything from Rivendel

I really love the Lemond "Big Sky". THey are not making it any more, but there are still some bikes left in LBS, so I'm assuming that is true elsewhere. It has a really long wheel base, so it is very comfortable and stable.

All the Giants are a real bargain right now at Performance, I was told the OCR c3 will be marked down to $799.00 soon.

The Serotta Fierte is the most comfortable bike I have ever had the pleasure to ride.

Specialized Sequoia too, carbon rear stays, short top tube, tall head tube and a suspension seatpost, plus 25c tires come on it. Has drop bars with cross levers on the tops too.
