Carbon Soled Shoe Question?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Carbon Soled Shoe Question?

Just picked up nike altea II road shoes for $70. Just needed to know if the sandpaper goes on the cleat or sole? I figured the sole. Nice shoes by the way, the seller has those, poggio 3's for 99 and lance shoes for 129.

On the sole...the cleats are replaceable, so the sandpaper stuff goes on the sole.

If I did as much work as I did screwing around, I would be really busy. Actually I am just very efficient.

That's what I tell myself, too.
