Powder Coating in Portland?

Anyone have experience with Brooker powder coating? (www.brookerenterprises.com) How about Class Act or Precision? Brooker charges a $100 for any color any finish. I'm a little apprehensive to go with Brooker because I don't think they commonly PC bike frames, and I think Class Act and Precision do. Any input would be great.

Class Act - they PC'd my Lemond and wet painted my carbon Trek. Great shop and they've done a ton of bikes. Very reasonable and quick.
