Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I took my newly acquired 06 Reno out for a 20 mile spin yesterday and now my butt is KILLING me. It was so worth it though, I feel so good after the ride, I am defintely hooked on this. I am finidng myself wanting to leave work early so I can ride more!

Yes, it is a disease that once caught, you don't ever get rid of it. The cure, ride.....ride....ride....and buy bikes!

Don't worry. Just keep riding and after a couple of weeks the soreness will go away and never be a problem again. Enjoy the new bike.

Hahahahaha, welcome to the club Every seat is not for everybody, so if after a couple weeks of regular riding it doesn't get better, I'd start shopping for a new seat

No need to leave work early, ride to and from work..problem solved
