Anyone try the Selle C2?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Anyone try the Selle C2?

I have been considering trying a Selle Italia C2 Trans Am saddle for my commuter. I have heard the gel version is pretty comfy, but wanted thoughts from everyone else on here. It's either this, or try the Terry Fly Ti, but they are twice as expensive ($90).

I'll be honest, I don't think gel really matters that much when it comes to comfort. It's saddle shape. I do like Selle Italia saddles; they're nice and flat. I prefer the Flite Genuine Gel to the SLR Gel Flow (has cutout), although both are fine.

None of mine have cutouts, but I thought I would try one, since I spend alot of miles on my commuter. I usually have no trouble with the regular SLR on Trinity, but on odd occasion during long rides, I get a little twinge down there. I figure, maybe the C2 would be better for commuting.
