Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

First, congrats on the bike.

Second, awesome photo.

Third, when you're feeling even better, take your bike out for a long 10 mile ride. ;-)

I must get this saddle. The kicked up tail end looks nice, as my sitbones come off of my toupe whenever I get low, and whats left to support my weight...

haha, it works nicely for me, although I have been doing centuries lately and at around the 80-100 mile mark I have found the pain to be an issue, although it could just me having to get used to the longer distances. There is also a newer one Specialized announced that is like the Romin, but is shorter/wider, I forgot the name but it was announced fairly recently.

Very nice Tarmac ryan. Where did you pick up those dura-ace wheels from? Or are they a different kind branded dura-ace?
CCCCorelew: Good idea, I was thinking of having my girlfriend model off my allez. Beautiful bike and equally beautiful wife.
Everyone else: Nice to see this thread revitalized and some very nice bikes!

My 2008 Roubaix Elite. Initially I hated the colors, but I've since learned to like them. Plus, it's a fairly rare scheme, so she's a bit more unique.

Nice Roubaix! I'd flip that sensor on the front fork though, out of the general safety issue of if something happens to knock it inward into the wheel
