Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Free C10 Chains!!!

Now this has really got me excited. After building four 10speed bikes, and after collecting an average of 6-10 extra C10 links after building each bike, I now have about 30 links in my spare parts box. I figure, if I build about 11 more bikes, all with Campy 10s groups, I will have enough links to piece together one full C10 chain, for FREE!!!

Yeah, you read that right, for FREE!!!!! Ok, so you're paying for the whole chain to begin with, but that's not the point. My point, is that I get to have another chain added to my collection without having to reach into my wallet for another $30.

OMG!!! I'm so excited, I'm jumping for joy. I can't believe this, I actually get an extra chain.

I gotta call my Mom, my Dad, even my Uncle. I gotta tell everyone. This is incredible! All I have to do is invest another $25,000.00 in Campy equipped 10s road bikes, and I get an extra $30 C10 chain as a spare. AMAZING!!!

Now you all know why I'm so obsessed. The benefits of this lifestyle are endless.

Sweeeeeeeeeeet! And why would someone not find this exciting? That is equal to 4 pitchers of

Idy Idy Idy, Idy Idy Oh!
I once knew a lass; she had a big GLASS!
She could drink all day; and it never went to her A$$!
Idy Idy Idy, Idy Idy Oh!
She loved to drink with the lads; and when she left they became sad!
She was a friendly girl; who loved a necklace of pearls!
Idy Idy Idy; Idy Idy Oh!

Sorry, my Irish came out!

Let's organize a collection and send him bits and pieces of chain we might have lying around.

Have you priced pins for C10s??? I am under the impression that _1_ pin is $15 to $20. Hope that I'm wrong.
