Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

anybody familiar with PACE bib shorts?

Hello. I ordered a set of these: https://www.pacesportswear.com/Cyber....iewProd&Cat=15 , the Cat I bibshorts from my local Centerville, OH bikeshop K&G. They're made in California, I had to special order them since I need 2XL and they didn't stock them. The "Cat 1" model has the elastic chamois that I've been wanting to try. The ones they had in the store look like good quality and the inseams are generous and the chamois seems to be generously sized as well. I was just wondering if anyone else is using this brand and what your experience has been. thanks.

These are the ones my LBS carries. I have three pair and love em, even over my PI bibs. One thing of advice though, don't hang these to dry inside out, they'll loose there shape.

That's good to hear! I really look forward to getting these and increasing my miles this spring. I wonder why drying them inside out would mess up the shape? Should I always airdry or is the dryer alright?
