Road Forum Shout-Outs and Thanks...
Okay, feel free to follow up with shout-outs, kudos, big thanks, kind words, etc. for any fellow BF member... I'll start it out...
A big thank you to bbattle for his offer of the FSA crank. Sometimes I'm amazed at the generousity of others. I'll be looking to pay it forward soon.
And kudos to Psimet2001, for his wrenching skills and knowledge in installing the crank on my bike. I'd like to have seen my LBS take the time and effort he did in detecting some flaws in my bottom bracket and actually taking the time to fix it. Oh yeah, he also found the mystery popping sound that I'd complained to the LBS about on several occassions.
Big thanks to them!
Who's next?

I'd like to thank 2manybikes for sending me his spare niterider tail light, which I suspect was an excuse for his wife to let him buy 4 flare tail lights for his death star...

Hillrider on the spot for me so many times! Man, many others, too many to mention them all so I won't - some because I care. I don't want their swollen heads to outright explode.

Thanks for the plug, and I'd take that much time on anyone's bike. I'm not doing it for money so throughput isn't as important as quality work.
...now if someone could hook me up with a BB facing tool and taps then I could do quality work faster . . .and have good material for a shout-out

King Termite for dragging me out on my first 40 miler.

Thanks to Hi565, BeeTL, and countless others for having a great sense of humor...
Ongoing encouragement to Rad, as he weathers the storm of jokes and jabs regarding his Tete...
Props to ViperZ, for all the amazing photos of his bikes and parts...
Thumbs up to everyone who has posted race reports and photos...
And a special mention for EURO, for stirring the pot and inciting lively debate.
Is there any better place on the internet for bike junkies?

Oh, wow.
Uhm... thanks to dekalbSTEEL for the stem adapter, Nubie for the Tiagra brifters, and Mr. Beanz for the Bonty saddle. You guys saved me beaucoup money.
I, too, will be "paying it forward" when needed.
