High hr all the time

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

High hr all the time

today i went for a little spin and tried with high cadence (i usually dont do extrememly high cadence), well i was in the little chainring on the hills and sort of flat parts, and i felt like i was getting nowhere, like i waas barely moving. Also it is litterly impossible to keep my hr below 150, I hit like 190 or 180 on almost all the hills i do which are pretty big, And i went really slow to try to not get it up but it did, I seem to have a really large resting hr, and I always have a high hr no matter what i do. Am i out of shape? i mean i cant imagine b/c i do competitive soccer alot, I have a higher than usually hr, the only time i can be in the 130's-150's is by basically going 2 mph on flat ground, I dont know what to do, there was a strong headwind all the time so i got pretty winded. Even when im in teh big chainring I have a high he. whats teh deal? Im 15 too

what's your resting heart rate? lay down on your bed for 5 minutes, and then take a pulse.

You may want to get checked by a Doc. I had mitral valve prolapse and over the years it got worse, I noticed that my HR started being higher on my rides and not recovering when going easy. I was having severe mitral regurgitaion and enlargement of the left ventrical had to have the valve repaired through open heart surgery. Hopefully your problem is not that major, but it does not hurt to have the Doc check.
