Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I ordered some pedals for $188.xx and the only additional charge was $5.66 international fee on my credit card. The package arrived within a week. They are as fast or faster than Nashbar.

To Houston Texas, ProBikeKit standard shipping is faster (7 days) than Performance Bike standard shipping (11 days).

I live in NY - just got an Ultegra build kit that I ordered back on May 4 - three weeks. I had called at one point and they were having troubles sourcing a 12-27 cassette. Showed up today - they upgraded the cassette to DA, which was nice, but unfortunately, they forgot to ship the rear derailleur. Good prices but you've got to be prepared to put up with inefficiency, unfortunately.

I don't get hit with any crazy brokerage fees or anything like that.
Brokerage no, $5. But duties maybe.

I am pleased. I placed two orders -- one on 5/22/2006 and the other on 5/23/2006 and even though we had a Holiday (in the US) this past Monday, I received both orders today! Now, THAT is service (considering it came from the UK!)

The only thing I am surprised about is they did NOT double-box. So, the pedal and bartape boxes are pretty tore up after traveling around the world to get to me in a shipping 'bag'.

My second order from ProBikeKit was a measly Lotto Dommo bottle, which was 10% off at the time to boot. I ordered it on May 25th, and it was delivered today, May 30th.

Crazy... no single domestic online vendor that I've ever used has delivered product this fast via their standard shipping methods.

I had one order where the blue plastic bag was ripped open and 1 item was missing. It didn't go through customs so couldn't blame it on them. I emailed probikekit and they sent a replacement, no questions asked. Great service!

Shipping time to Canada is about 7 - 10 days if it skips customs, 10-14 if it gets assessed Taxes (based on 5 orders).

Who bought all those Vittoria EVO Open Corsa's, there's none left!

I've ordered from PBK to western Colorado 3 times. It took 14 days, 8 days, and 9 days. The stuff came in through California(Los Angeles, I think)--dunno if it's trucked from CA to CO or if it goes by air.

Ok. I hope it's level 1 and not level 2.
I'm still waiting. Time to update this thread for 2012!

Wow. It took 15 days from dispatch email to USA. My first order took 8 days. They have their own reviews going on at feefo.com but most of them don't say where it was shipped to, so not really much help. 2012 data!

My last order never showed up at all. After 30 business days they finally offered a refund to my CC. Did take about 7-8 emails to get the refund completed.

But, I have ordered from them in the past and usually takes about 2 weeks to arrive. (to Ontario)

A couple weeks ago I ordered two Continental GP 4000s tires from ProBikeKit and they arrived at my door in Minnesota in exactly a week.
