Training Bibles
Let me preface by saying that I am cross-posting this in the Mountain Biking, Road Biking, and Training and Nutrition Forums so that I can collect and assess as much info as possible.
What are the key differences between the Friel's "Road Cyclists Training Bible" and the "Mountain Bikers Training Bible"
I am primarily a mountain bike racer but rarely train on the mountain bike. Which one should I choose? My main question though it the first one asking about the differences. Thank you very much.

Sorry...I can't answer your question. Mountain bike racing has alot more anerobic stuff vs aerobie on a road bike....so if you plan to race mtn bikes... It'd probably benefit you to read the mtn biking one...
