Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

suffering toes in Sidi's

strange, but i,m getting troubled at my toe tips more with each ride now that my-sidi genius-shoes have served me nicely for 10000 km...I had specifically asked my LBS for a pair of comfortable spacious at the toes shoes because i have a callus problem and tender nails and they pushed the sidi's suggesting that they widen in time. How on earth did the problem start 10 months from purchase? Anybody with same problem could give ideas on how to reshape a shoe and if that's not possible what other shoes could be more friendly to my feet? I'm a 42yo heavy (torso) built road cyclist, rarely into flat courses, mostly hilly terrain where i live, riding a lot out of the saddle. Thank you for all the help i've taken so far
