Memorial Weekend 'Tour of Santa Barbara County'

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Memorial Weekend 'Tour of Santa Barbara County'

Since a few other people posted what they did over the Memorial Day Weekend I thought I would too. I rode with a smallish group (about 12) from Santa Barbara up to New Cuyama in the northern part of the county and back around through Ojai the second day. It was 112 miles on Saturday and 105 on Sunday. Pictures can be found on my website at https://www.photoscene.com/sw/gallery/Cycling/20060527/
