Question for Neuvations wheel owners

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Question for Neuvations wheel owners

I pulled the trigger and bought the R 28 SL2. Very nice looking wheel set.

My thumbs are still sore from trying to get the tires on, very tight fit. Then I find out that I pinched flatted the tube putting the tire on so I had to take it all off and do it again

Went on a bit easier the second time.

By the time I got that done I was out of time to ride them, so I will first thing in the morning.

But what I want to know is, what tire do you use on your Neuvations wheels? I have IRC Redstorms and they were very hard to get on.

The mechanic at the shop I bought the wheels from rides the same wheels and states he has no problems with Kenda Kaliente.

If another brand of tire goes on easier and I like the tire I have no problem changing.

So for those that own Neuvation wheels, what tires do you use? Do they go on easy? How much did the tires cost? And where did you purchase the tires?

I have a pair of Forte Titans (essentially the same rim) and nearly gave up when trying to mount a new pair of Conti Ultras... There was a lot of cussing. From what I've heard so far:
Continental tires are gonna be out for you.
Step in the tire @ 12 O'clock, and pull at 6 O'clock, stretching the tire should help a little.
A folding tire will be much easier than one with a rigid bead.
You will NEED to use tire irons.
Users of Many campy wheels have the same problem.

I would also be very interested to hear if anyone knows of a less expensive tire that will fit on these rims without 2 hours of work

In my experience Conti GPs mount the easiest. It is generally the tires and not the wheels which are the problem on a tight fit.

I've had tires so difficult to mount that I HAD to use levers. There is a trick to using levers but unless someone actually shows you it can't be explained.

Lay the tire outside in direct sun light for a little while on a hot day before you try to mount it. I did that with my Vitt Evo Corsa's and they went on so much easier.

I am using Continental Ultra Gatorskins on my M28 Aero's. The tires went on fairly easy, which surprised me as I expected the opposite from the comments posted here. I buy the tires from a LBS for $29.99 each (McCully's Bike Shop in Honolulu). The Gatorskins are almost mandatory on Oahu--the roads are not that great.
