Good Training Ride or Not?

This is my weekly training ride and I was curious iif this would be considered a difficult training ride. It come in right around 37.5 miles and it normal takes me somewhere around two hours to complete.

I guess that sounds like a tough ride, but it's really hard to say by looking at a 6mi snapshot of it and simply looking at your average speed. Besides, what's tough for me is easy for other guys, it just depends on the individual.

IMO - it's not always the course you're riding on, but what you do on it + the weather conditions, that mean something

I have fixed the chart, but cannot post a pic becuase I am on a work computer which will not allow me to do that. Just have to download file, it is virus free. :D

I agree. Almost any route (without too much traffic) can be a good training ride. You just need to adjust your intensity level based on your goals for the day.
